Bacchus Feast 13.09.2025

In the heart of Zielona Góra, within the historic interiors of the former winery, an evening will take place that will transport you to a world of exceptional flavors and aromas.

During the tasting dinner prepared especially for the Winobranie 2025 event, we invite you to journey through the world of Polish wines awarded in this year's wine competition.

Each glass will have its own story.

The guide on this journey will be Maciej Nowicki, a recognized authority in the field of winemaking, who will present the character of the tasted drinks in an accessible and vivid way – from aromatic nuances to interesting facts about grape varieties and winemaking processes. Przemysław Karwowski, regionalist and organizer of wine competitions, will reveal the secrets of pairing them with dishes as well as the behind-the-scenes of the selection process itself.

The menu composed by our Head Chef is a true feast for the senses – five dishes where carefully selected ingredients create a harmonious whole with each of the wines:

The Winery of the Srebrna Góra Restaurant is a place with a soul – surrounded by bricks that recall the times when barrels of wine were stored here. The glow of candles, gentle background music, and the scent of freshly opened bottles create an atmosphere where time slows down and every moment gains exceptional meaning.

This event is not just a dinner – it is a celebration of Polish winemaking art, a meeting with passionate people, and a unique opportunity to discover awarded wines accompanied by masterful dishes.
